CLEANING &TESTING OF GASOLINE INJECTORS

The addition of bioethanol to gasoline causes injectors to become polluted more quickly. This results in an engine that runs unevenly, misfires, and runs rough. These are problems we can often resolve by cleaning and testing gasoline injectors for both direct-injection and port-injection gasoline engines.
 

Our procedure

After removing a filter and ultrasonically cleaning the injector, it is tested. The injector is activated, and we examine the spray pattern and output. We also perform a leak test to check for dripping. We apply fuel pressure to the injector but do not activate it. By ultrasonically cleaning the injector and then thoroughly testing it with clean test fluid, we can resolve many issues. In many cases, we can now provide a test report after testing.
